물론, 사실 여기 도로가 꽉 차는 날도 있지만 , 평일치곤 많은 것 같아요.

* 치곤 = 치고는 = 치다 + -고는 (after doing something; with something done).
* N-(으)로 치다 = to consider or value as N.
* N + 치고는 = considering it is N; taking N into account; for N.
- 물론, 사실 여기 도로가 꽉 차는 날도 있지만 , 평일 치곤 많은 것 같아요.
= Of course, while there are days this road gets full, it does seem much/congested for a weekday.
- 한여름 치고는 날씨가 별로 안 덥다 = It isn't too hot considering it is mid-summer.
