What is the best way to translate "no todos somos iguales" in English? Tengo dudas si la mejor traducción es / I have doubt if the best translation is: "we are not all the same" or "Everyone is not all the same"

Not everyone is equal/the same. (people) OR Not everything is equal/the same. (things) OR Not all are equal/the same. (people or things) It's more common to use 'everyone' or 'everything' instead of 'all' in English. Other variations: Everyone/Everything isn't equal/the same. All aren't equal/the same.

I agree with Lucia regarding your examples. Your second one is wrong. Also, depending on the context, you could also say "We are not all equal". This sounds a little more philosophical I guess. But as i say, it depends on your context.

I think that "we are not all the same" sounds more natural. You can also say "not everyone is the same". Some examples of different uses: - Es cierto, no todos somos iguales ante la crisis / We do not all face the crisis on equal footing. -Aunque, por supuesto, no todos somos iguales / Of course, not everyone is like that. -Pero no todos somos iguales ante este éxito / However, we are not all equal where this success is concerned. -No todos somos iguales / Not everyone's the same. -No todos y todas somos iguales ni tenemos las mismas necesidades / We are not all the same, and we do not all have the same needs. I hope that helped you
