The term "whip it" has a specific meaning in roller derby [roller skate racing]. This is a maneuver in which one teammate takes a second teammate's arm and pulls her ahead in a whipping motion, with the objective of placing her in the lead.

one of the meanings of "whip" is to move quickly and violently. So you can say "Move it!", and this is exactly what the main character Bliss does. She stirs up her boring life when she becomes a roller derby player. Also interesting is that in Russia they translated the name of this movie as "Катись!" which has a double meaning of "roll on" (or "roll it", if you like) and "get out!"
P.S. I have another idea of "whip" being used instead of "f...ck" but it's just a thought ;)))
