To say "It's nice to meet you " you can say in French:
- Enchanté.
- Je me présente .Je m'appelle Timmy.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Timmy.
- J'habite à ......
I live in ......
- J'ai X ans.
I am X years old.
So, a good introduction would probably be:
Bonjour, je m'appelle [your name]. J'ai [your age] ans et j'habite à [your town].

comment tu vas ? = howdo you do ?
je m'appelle (...) = my name is (...)
