It means to stop seeing the girl or to keep away from her.

Desist isn't used often, and when it is used it's usually in the form of "cease and desist!"
The meanings of the two verbs don't match up neatly, so perhaps a clearer punctuation for the sentence is "Come, and desist from this girl".
