#4 is the most familiar to Americans. It is also the simplest and most general as far as the type of work. In any sort of slogan or saying, complex words like "facilitate" are not recommended.

Hi Tim. This is the most commonly used expression: "The right tool for the right job " This is used in Canada and the USA.
