How can I say...You saved me from myself..using chinese
How can I say...You saved me from myself..using chinese....I looked in my dictonary and it gave this format 挽救...免于,,,。To save somebody from something, so I put 你挽救了我免于我自己。but I have a feeling I'm way off here.

as a native speaker.it s weird to say"你把我从我的世界里拯救了出来".
you can just say"你拯救了我".people can get your mean.
