馒头的做法里发现了“熟猪油 The recipe discovered cooked lard. Here,熟猪油 is cooked, 猪油 is not cooked. you can visualize that the cooked lard is liquid, and the non-cooked lard is solid. So, the recipe is using the liquid form of lard, it is not the solid one.

就是把猪的油膘和肥肉部分加热提炼出来的油就是熟猪油。 做馒头时,如果在发面里揉进一小块猪油,蒸出来的馒头洁白、松软,味香;有些花式馒头,也用它来起酥或分层。

熟猪油是用猪的肥肉在锅中加热炼出来的动物油。在中国南方大部分地区炒菜经常使用,不过没听说蒸馒头还用猪油的。可能是其他的面食。
