There is a big hole in my head！what's the meaning?

It can mean you have a headache or that you can't remember things.

If it means being forgetful (ie. information falls out of the hole), we also say "mind like a sieve". Alternately, there's another expression "I need that like (I need) a hole in the head", which means you really, really don't need that. ;)
