"This is one thing i like about you" or "this is THE one thing i like about you" ?
I guess it is a question about the usage of "the".
Which sounds better? If they both sound bad, would you mind revising it?

This is one thing I like about you = there are other things I like about you too, but this is a specific example.
This is THE one thing I like about you = there are no other things that you like, just this one.

Hi. It sounds better if you say "One thing I like about you is.......... " or "The best thing I like about you is ........your sense of humour/ your caring nature/your smile etc
