TRADUKKA | An useful Translator in Real Time
Hi crew!
I've found this translator in real time and i think would be interesting and useful for people here, so i just want to share the site:
http://tradukka.com/
Is a Simultaneous translation developed by Google translator, and i think works better than this one.

Hello, cool site, and I tested it for German to English; my findings:
much is translated correctly, some is poor or downright wrong
examples:
"Er fährt gut, obwohl er getrunken hat"
The machine misses the context and translates fährt as runs rather than drives
"Er fährt gut" on its own becomes he goes well, which is wrong in any case.
Complex newspaper text:
"Als erste führende Liberale zeigt sich Justizministerin Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger im Gespräch mit der SZ offen für eine internationale Finanztransaktionssteuer. "
tradukka turns it into
The first Liberal leader to justice minister Leutheusser-Schnarrenberger shows in conversation with the SZ open for an international financial transaction tax.
instead of
as the first person among the leading liberals, justice minister ....

Hi! Nice site. Though, I prefer dictionaries and grammar references. I used this translator for some minutes and it's good, a useful one, but not enough.
I'll share with my friends who are always trying to find fast translations. xD
