Can anyone tell me how to keep yourself energetic all day long? Want to write something, but I'm tired. Can anyone share me your experience to keep yourself energetic all day long?

Good nutrition, a little sport and a lot of oxygen should help. Don't follow those retarded Western methods with coffee and vitamin pills. You may want to find a good nutrition mixture for your personal needs. Food is extremely important and unlike most think, good healthy food tastes great too. During the time I was able to eat Korean homemade meals every day, I had so much energy that even extreme sports could not wear me out. Spicy Kimchi, a lot of Korean rice, a hot soup usually without meat. Twice every day. But that is just my personal taste.

Have a good breakfast. Cereal or even jook/congee is perfect. Remember to rest when you can - a lie-down or nap after lunch/work will give you extra energy right through the evening.

First, have a good sleep the night before, and rest when you can( like Peachey's suggestion ). Second, have a good exercise habit. Third,a balance of a healthy diet( like Jura's suggestion).

Make sure you eat the right foods. Start the day with a good breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. Make sure you have enough time to get the right amount of sleep :)

Hi, you need a balance of a healthy diet, at least a litre of water and about 30 minutes of exercise. A multivitamin tablet helps if your diet lacks fresh food.
