Let give some idea in Japan  from July 1st to August 26 is the official climbing season. During this season, there is almost no snow, the weather is mild, easy access to the 5th stations, and all mountain huts are open.

:-)) 'Official Climbing Season' means when it is allowed and OK for people to climb a mountain.

During the 'off season', the weather might be bad and it might be dangerous to climb the mountain. So, when the weather is good, and everything is OK, it is the 'official climbing season'
