Is it right? Google gives フラットトラックのいじめっ子 for "flat track bully. I.e. someone who beats little teams but suffers against big ones. Is that right?

フラット = It's the reading of "flat" in japenese => Fu Ra Tto トラック = It's the reading of "track" in japanese => To Ra Ku I don't know what いじめっ子 is but I think "no chikushou hito" would b better
