How to say '看在你的面子上' in English?

"out of respect for you"
While "face" has no real translation, nor do circumstances involving it, I'd go with
"out of respect for you"
I didn't ...out of respect for you.
I .... out of respect for you.
"out of" here means similar to "because". Equivalently,
I didn't .... because of my respect for you.
Any help?
