Bumpkin : Yokel : Hick : Yahoo : Hill Billy (these are used in America)土包子 Meaning a country (rural) person : A back country, farmer : an awkward and unsophisticated rustic person Country Jake (never heard that one in California, USA, perhaps in the southern states of USA...) **Not necessarily a red neck. A red neck is disparaging (offensive remark) aimed at a white member of the Southern American rural laboring class. Often red necks are prejudice.
