They are often called 'fatty foods' because they contain a lot of fat. Fatty oils come from both animals and plants.
The top ten fattening foods:
Pizza
Hamburger
Meat...beef, lamb, pork
Milk Chocolate
Deep Fried Foods
Sweets....(sugar eventually turns into fat)
Pastries
Ice Cream
Cookies
Actually, that is only nine....maybe you can add another one! :)

You can say those foods are "fatty" or "fattening" to say that they make make you gain weight.
A doctor or nutritionist might say the food is "high in fat".
"Greasy" and "oily" describe how they look and feel, especially if they leave a grease stain on the napkin or paper. (Yuck!) : )
