Well, how can I put this?
Most commonly, "spunk" is a slang term for "sperm". There are other meanings though as JoeRay suggests.
It can also be used as a verb, i.e. "to spunk" or "to spunk up", meaning "to ejaculate".

I think 'spunk' means courage and spirit in English,but It means someone burst into anger in Scottish english.
to spunk up =鼓起勇气/勃然大怒。
