when asking for something in a polite way, you shoould always use the word "maari" yet this sounds a rather old fashioned tagalog grammar.
"maari ko ba na hiramin ang kompyuter mo?"
"maari ba na hiramin ko ang iyong kompyuter?"
in a day to day conversation, you would likely hear:
"Puwedeng pahiram ng kompyuter mo?"

What they said is correct.
But for me, if you will ask someone close to you, just say: "Pahiram ng computer mo."

Hi! Jhiehan is correct, Maaari ko bang hiramin ang kompyuter mo? For formal coversation. But you can also say it in informal way like this. Pwede ko bang mahiram ang kompyuter mo?
