ahora= now
ahora mismo= right now
ahorita is like a slang to say 'right now'.

Ahora, ahora mismo, y ahorita; SIGNIFICAN CASI LO MISMO, al hablar en español puedes utilizar cualquiera de estas tres opciones; pero al escribir lo correcto es ahora, ó ahora mismo, ahorita es mas informal.

In Spain you can use "ahora" and "ahora mismo"
"Ahorita mismo" is no usual in Spain but more usual in south america.

Ahora means now
Ahora mismo means right now
Ahorita is more common in Mexico than other Spanish speaking countries.
