كيف حالك ؟ ,,,,,kaifa halik,,,,,,for male .
كيف حالك ؟ ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,kaifa haliky ,,,,,,,, for female.

you can say" kaifa halik" for female and "kaifa halok" for male and you can say it as informal like "ezayak" for male and "ezayek" for female
