It sounds like you're preparing for an interview.
I would recommend saying (if it's true) that you have the skills necessary to perform the job you're applying for. Be specific about experience you've had that would enable you to do the work. Then (again, if it's true) say that you would not hesitate to get help from others when they have expertise that you don't have; this avoids wasting time and money guessing, and trains you to do the job next time. Also, say you are ready to get help from others to get the job done faster and meet company deadlines. Also, you could say that you are willing or (if true) experienced in leading a team.
