it means welcome . ya ahleen alone means welcome and the eh before it means that ur very very happy to welcome someone at ur home or office any place ايه يا أهلين also u can say eh ya ahla wshla same meaning.(ur question is nice)

It means: you are welcome! we use it in the informal talking.For example, with friends,relatives, classmates, and with our families..
