'아무리' means similar with 'No matter how"
the degree of something(some situation) is very deep and terrible or close enough to one's limit
you can use it this way..
"아무리. ~~~A~~~~ 도, ~~~B~~ 하다"
in this case,
If A is positive, B would be negative. if A is negative, B would be positive
No matter how much you cry, I won't buy it for you
니가 아무리 울어도, 안 사 줄꺼야!
you are already late no matter how you hurry
아무리 서둘러도 넌 이미 늦었어!
Regardless of how hard this time may be, he will be OK soon
이시기가 아무리 어렵다 하더라도, 그는 곧 괜찮아 질 것입니다.
etc..

아무리 봐도 모르겠어. I don't know (about it ) no matter how many times I looked at it or read it.
아무리 생각해봐도 안 하는 게 좋겠어. I think you(or I, we, etc) better not do it no matter how many times I think about it.
아무리 애써봐도 안 되네. It doesn't work even though I busted my butt to fix/solve it.
아무리 친구라도 그러면 안 되지. You shouldn't behave like that although you guys are friends.
너가 아무리 날고 뛰어도 걔한텐 못 당해. You cannot beat him/her even if you can pull it off.
(날고 뛰어도 even if you could fly and run - idiom - I think it's similar to the phrasal verb 'pull it off')
