별로 (not) very, (not) much (followed by negative verb)
오늘은 별로 바쁘지 않다 : I'm not particularly busy today.
그녀는 오늘 기분이 별로 안 좋아 보인다 : She doesn't look very happy today.
나는 생선을 별로 좋아하지 않는다 : I don't really like fish that much.

This also has a negative meaning by itself since it's used with a negative.
나 기분 별로야. I don't feel good.
이거 별로야. It's not good.
