"Excuse me" is certainly the most commonly used expression in this situation. You may also say, "Would you mind...I need to get through" or "Please let me through." (But that's only when "excuse me" fails to work--usually people would immediately know what to do upon hearing "excuse me"--it's one of the "magic phrases" in English.)

we always use 'excuse me'.
also you can say "sorry"。 但在這個情況下,我覺得我們縱說“excuse me”
(as Dark Panther pointed out, pardon me also works. this is the same as excuse me, but in American English we do usually do not say "pardon me").
