Kang Su Mi ga jeonhwahaessdago jeonhae juseyo.
Jeohante jeonhwaharago hae juseyo.
What is the function of dago and rago in the sentences in above?

'~다고(dago)/라고(rago) 하다' maksud 'dia kata'.
It's kinda 'reported speech' like "he/she said that ...".
