除了sorry,还能说别的么？最近工作不认真 :( 做了些不好的事情，给阿伟(co-worker)带来很多麻烦，每次一说sorry,阿伟就说we are human being,
人人都会犯错之类的，有没有别的办法表示抱歉呢？
