'애기동백'과 '산다화'는 같은 꽃이예요. 하지만 일반적으로 한국사람들은 '애기동백'이라고 해요.
그러니까 '애기동백'이 더 많이 쓰여요.
애기동백 is same as 산다화 but normally Koreans say 애기동백 :) so 애기동백 is better to use.
