View and Download Free Language Learning Resources - Click on 'Knowledge' and 'Resources' to get textbooks, podcasts, notes and other helpful guides. 5. Find a Language Teacher - You can find a professional teacher when you click on 'Language Teachers' to formally instruct you. Or you can hire a tutor to help you with your homework or materials. 6. Perseverance is the key. All of your resources will become useless if you don't have this attitude to grow. Be confident to communicate with people who can help you to improve your communication skills. Therefore, practice makes perfect. =)

Fluency will depend on your ability to learn languages, your desire to learn, and how much time you put into learning. But I'm sure there are plenty of italki peeps who can assist you in your endeavors!
