Do Polish people speak their lanauge with a cadence?
This may sound like an odd question, but I have seen several videos of Polish speakers on the internet (all women). They all seem to speak as though they are driven by an underlying cadence or rhythm in their speech. I do not have much more exposure to the language than this, so maybe it is not a general thing.

I have a lot of Polish friends here. It depends on what area of Poland they come from.
One can apply your question to any nationality and my answer would be the same.

Maybe you should ask the Poles that question.
