How can i thank more than two people in English language ?
Can i say :
Thank you Sara , Nora and Susan for your hard work
and can i replace the word" thank you" to something else but has the same meaning
for instance : i appreciate - i'm grateful ..etc

You can still say "Thank you" and look at them all that way they know it's directed towards them. You don't have to thank them individually unless you really want to.

Yes. You can interchange "i appreciate+all your help /i'm grateful+ for your help".
you can simply say. Thanks everyone for helping me. =)
