Wala or Walah
والله
it's a way to swear
- to say that you are saying the truth
- to ask or too make sure of sometimes , like the word ( really ? )
other word is ولا
that Karim explain it above

If you mean wala ولا
it means nor: He neither came nor called
لا جه ولا اتصل
and it depends on the context
If you mean walaa: ولاء
it means loyalty
& if you mean the slang Egyptian accent word wla ولا
it means you boy!

In egyptian dialect
wala means nor
example: I don't like neither tea nor coffee
ana mabahebesh elshay wala elahwa
