"aha moment" - an instant at which the solution to a problem becomes clear. - this is just what the online dictionary is telling us.
recently, I attended a training on advanced excel 2007 and all my head-spinning problem about running the program efficiently were all been answered. this seminar let me experienced a lot of "aha moments".

moment of realization = light bulb goes off in one's head = moment of clarity = moment of understanding
