Is this a idiom/ slang or something? "I’ll be a monkey’s brother in law" It's an animation about a bear gone into hibernation. When he woke up, he said:I’ll be a monkey’s brother in law. Somehow I’ve overslept a bit! Normally I sleep three days less.

Yes it's an idiom, used to express surprise or disbelief, although I have always heard it as "I'll be a monkey's uncle!"

It's a Russian animation called "kikoriki" You might be able to find some on youtube, but I have watched it on TV. Here is one, not the episode I was talking about though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbSl1_AzOuQ
