what does "eodi salamdeul" mean~?

Your sentence must be "어디(eodi) 사람들(sa ram deul)?"
"어디" - where
"사람" - a person
"사람들" - people
"어디" can be a country or circle or family or hometown etc..where you belong at least in the sentence.
It simply means.."where do they come from?",
but the meaning can be different depending on contexts.

If you wrote in 한글 it would be much easier for all of us. Actually it's much easier to write and read in 한글 than in romanised korean
