What is "raripappa?" this is the context is is from: "taishite kimochikunai kuse ni yorokobu sugata wa raripappa" I am guessing it means something like "boring rambling" but I am not sure. Arigatou!!!

"raripappa" is Japanese slang. "rari" is short for "rariru (ラリる)". It means groggy by drug. And "pappa" means fool or muddleheaded. So, "raripappa" means muddleheaded by drug. It resembles a drunkard.
