心天; 心太 【ところてん】 (n) (1) {food} gelidium jelly strips (made from agar-agar); (2) (uk) (vulg) (gay slang) prostate orgasm
The prostate orgasm might be associated with a noble heart, but I'm not counting on it.

Japanese pronunciation of "心太" is "ところてん(tokoroten)" that is gelidium jelly.
It is one of Japanese foods.
I think that "心が太い" means "toughness heart".

I don't think so. I have never seen 心太 as a name. The kanji 心太 sounds like a strong heart.
