ة = ( feminine gender only )
it comes at the end of the word - light T sound at the end
ه = ( muscular gender only )
it comes at the beginning, middle and ending - Ha sound ( if it comes at the beginning ,middle ) and light ha sound at the end
ت = ( both gender )
it comes at the beginning, middle and ending - Ta sound

ة comes at the end of the word when it's feminine
In fusha , ة always pronounced as ت " t " - unless if it's at the last word of the sentence, then you'll pronounce it as ه
But most of arabs write the words with ه instead of ة at the end anyway.
It doesn't mean it's right , but just so you could know :)
