I'm having trouble with Japanese pronunciation. I'd like to learn how to ask "How are you" and responses.

お元気ですか?
"O-GENKI DESU KA?" - "How are you?"
元気です
"GENKI DESU" - "I'm fine."
or
はい、元気です。あなたは? (hai, genki desu. anata wa?)
" I'm fine, thanks. And you "?
お蔭様で元気です

How are you?= Ogenki desuka? お元気ですか?
I'm fine, thanks! = Watashi wa genki desu. Arigato! わたしは元気です。ありがとう。
And you? = Anatawa? あなたは?

①元気?(genki)
and
②調子どう?(choushi dou) mean How are you?"
, or
③初めまして(hajimemashite) means "Nice to meet you"
...so,responses are for example...
①元気だよ。そっちはどう?(genki dayo. socchiwa dou) measns "I'm fine,and you?"
or
②あまりよくないな。(amari yokunaina) means "not very."
or
③こちらこそ初めまして(kochirakoso hajimemashite) means "Nice to meet you,too"
These sentences are casual speaking.
