It's an abbreviation of あけましておめでとう. あけましておめでとう=明けましておめでとう=Happy new year 他にも、 あけおめ(あけましておめでとう/明けましておめでとう) ことよろ(ことしもよろしく/今年も宜しく) おねしま(おねがいします/お願いします) などもあります。
