Ok, this is "Smallville" theme and I think this particular line means that he wants her to come and rescue him.
Somebody saaaave me = he is clearly in trouble (figurative sense)
let your warm hands break right through me = he wants her hands to break the situation where he feel lost and reach him so he can be saved ... (?)
somebody save me = ok, he is saying it again, now I'd be worried
I don't care how you do it = see? he is desperate !
blah blah...
This is my appreciation. ^^ By the way, what the heck is he talking about?! Do we need someone to save us?? ok, still me and my appreciations =s
