En tu frase: "...en hacerse amiga de un crío de pilila diminuta como yo? "" que me parece es en Castellano antiguo, la palabra "pilila" se refiere al "pene". En Argentina y en Chile, las palabras "pilila" y "pililo" se usan para una persona andrajosa y sucia.

Si, significa "pene". Es lenguaje infantil, o entre adultos, cuando se habla del pene de manera chistosa (brincando), de ahi, quizas, la eleccion del traductor.
