what does "trop trop bien" mean?

Hello Allison,
Added to an adjective 'trop' means 'too' or 'very' .
'Trop trop bien ' means 'too too good (well)' or 'very very good (well)'.
The repetition is for emphasizing the adjective 'good'.
'très' could be also used :
" très très bien" = very very well

"Pretty Good"
example:
Je suis trop content - I'm so happy/I'm too Happy^^
