Actually, 까불지마 is usually used in a stronger meaning. it means "Don't fuXX up." (ex. When you fight?). Never use it besides your Best friend. Really. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ * honorific : 까불지 마세요 , 웃기지마세요. (Your Enemy) = "Don't gobble" talk down : 까불지 마 (Just Friend). = "Don't fuXX up."

It basically means "Behave!" or "Stop acting up!" 까불다 means to misbehave or cause trouble or be disruptive. Then the grammatical pattern is verb stem + 지 말다 meaning "Don't do..." The "마"form of 말다 is just very casual. There's a really bad joke about this phrase: Q: What did one turkey say to the other turkey? A: 까불지 마. It's a pun on the actual expression "까불지 마" and "Don't gobble" ('gobble' being the sound a turkey makes).
