Actually, 까불지마 is usually used in a stronger meaning. it means "Don't fuXX up." (ex. When you fight?).
Never use it besides your Best friend. Really. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

It basically means "Behave!" or "Stop acting up!" 까불다 means to misbehave or cause trouble or be disruptive. Then the grammatical pattern is verb stem + 지 말다 meaning "Don't do..." The "마"form of 말다 is just very casual.
There's a really bad joke about this phrase:
Q: What did one turkey say to the other turkey?
A: 까불지 마.
It's a pun on the actual expression "까불지 마" and "Don't gobble" ('gobble' being the sound a turkey makes).
