Hi , 乳酪(ru3 lao4), 干酪(gan1 lao4),奶酪(nai3 lao4) are the same meaning of CHEESE.What's more, we Chinese prefer to call the CHEESE 芝士(zhi1 shi4) , and this word is brought in from the Western by transliteration. 芝士(zhi1 shi4)is more popular in the urban of China.
