Pre call planning enables you to qualify sales leads, target prospects, and sell to them effectively.
Pre call planning recognizes that preparation is the common differentiator between successful and unsuccessful client interactions.
In reality it is a discussion with our self and our team to determine our intent to help the client get the exact solution they require. Great pre call planning takes on the “4 Rights” of effective business development;
1. Topic-what is the client’s current situation, what are we offering to do?
2. People- who will be at the meeting? Who are we bringing?
3. Time- How much time do we need in the client meeting?
4. End in mind- What is the purpose of our meeting or what is it that we want the client to say, do or decide to move the process forward?
