I think these are some similar things, but I still have a lot to learn in Spanish.
He's a pain (in the neck). (such a pain / a real pain)
He's a bother.
He's a pest. (I think that's for kids that bother you.)
He annoys / bothers me.
He gets on my nerves. : )
