What's the meaning of " feel centered "?
Can anyone tell me what it feels like ?
Is it the opposite to the " feel distracted" ?

hmmm... my boss depends on me a lot more than my colleagues. In that way, I feel centered.
It's hard to explain how it feels like but to me, I feel flattered.

"feeling centered" is to feel grounded. Often after personal trauma, when the mist has lifted comes an inner peace. One might call that feeling centered.

Centered = Content, comfortable, and at peace.

It doesn't really have anything to do with feeling distracted. It's an inner calm.
