Up above there is heaven; down below there are Suzhou and Hangzhou

Just as there is paradise in heaven, there are Suzhou and Hangzhou on earth. I seriously doubt if non-Chinese people understand this expression though. Expect questions about the meaning, when you use it. Good luck!
